Returns

We have every expectation that you will find your new sex toy to be pleasurable and satisfying. Occasionally there are situations where a toy doesn't function correctly or just doesn't live up to the customer's expectations. If you're not happy with your selection, or if it doesn't work properly you may return it to us within 30 days from your date of purchase.

If an item does not work properly
You may return your Sex Toy or Sex Toy Accessory at any time within 30 days of the purchase date if it does not function properly. At your request, we will either replace the defective item with a new one or issue a store credit for the amount of the defective item minus tax and shipping. Please read "return instructions" below for details.

If you are dissatisfied with your selection
We make every attempt to insure that you will be happy with your purchase. However, we know that sometimes people are dissatisfied with their selection. You may request a return within 30 days the purchase date by contacting us using the form below. You may choose to receive a store credit for the amount of your original purchase, excluding tax and shipping, or a replacement item of equal or lesser value. Please also note that there is a limit of two returns per customer, per order. If you order an item to replace a previous item that you were dissatisfied with, you may return the second item, but you may not return the third replacement item unless it is defective.

Return Instructions:
If you would like to return a toy that you purchased from us please follow these instructions:

1. Write using the form below. Please fill out all the information accurately and completely so we can expedite your return request. We will reply with instructions on how to return the item and also your return code.

2. Write the return code we send you on the outside of the package. We cannot accept returns without the return code!

3. Send the package to the address we supply in the email.

NOTE: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning items to us. If an item is defective and a replacement is requested, Carlson Productions/ The Naked Dildo will ship the replacement to the customer free of charge. We do not resell returned items. All items that are returned to us are either sent back to the manufacturer or discarded.
