What do you do with customers' personal information?
We keep all customer information strictly confidential. We do not use your information for any purpose other than to complete your e-commerce transaction. We never sell, distribute or otherwise provide customer information to any one for any reason.


Will my order be shipped confidentially and discreetly?
We ship all orders in plain brown or white boxes with no external markings that would give away the contents of the package. Fed Ex orders are often shipped in Fed Ex Express boxes which are supplied by Fed Ex. The return address on each package is "Carlson Productions" and not The Naked Dildo


Will my order be billed discreetly?
Yes. Your credit card statement will reflect a charge from Carlson Productions. It will not say Naked Dildo.


Do you resell returned adult toys?
We never resell used items. All of the products in our online store are shipped directly to our warehouse from the manufacturer, and from our warehouse to our customers. Defective product returns are sent back to the manufacturer and all items returned to us for other reasons are discarded.


When will my package arrive?
We ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders currently take about 2 -3 business days to process and ship due to high volume. Only occasionally will an item will be out of stock and/or back ordered. We generally receive new shipments from the manufacturers within a few days, and orders containing backordered items are shipped as soon as the new shipments arrive. How can I check my order status?
Currently our system for checking order status is not available...we hope to have it up soon for your convenience. Until we implement the system you will receive a confirmation email of your order and within 2 - 3 days you will receive a tracking number for your shipment.


Where can I find my order ID?
Your order ID (or order number) can be found on the receipt page and or on your order confirmation email from Paypal.

Can I cancel my order?
Absolutely - if it hasn't already been shipped. If you would like us to cancel an order please contact us immediately with your cancellation request. Don't forget to include your name and order ID. If our warehouse has not shipped your items we can cancel it. If it has already shipped, you can return the package to us. If your package is returned to us you will be reimbursed for the price of your items, minus a 30% restocking fee.


What is your product return policy?
We want our customers to be happy and satisfied with the adult toys they purchase. To that end we offer a complete satisfaction return policy that allows our customers to request returns within 30 days from the purchase date. For more detailed information please read our return policy.


Can I pay by check or money order?
Yes, you can pay for your order with a check or money order.

To mail a check or money order:
First choose the items you wish to purchase. Then contact us with the product name, number, and quantity that you want. Then make your check out to Carlson Productions mail it to the address below. Once we have received your check we will process your order. Generally, we are able to process money orders and certified checks faster than personal checks. We will ship your order immediately upon receiving your money order or certified check, while we have to wait for a personal check to clear before your order can be shipped.

Can I fax my order to you?
Yes. If you have concerns about sending your credit card information over the Internet, you may fax your billing information to us. Simply proceed through the checkout process, entering all the necessary information until you get to the "Billing Information" page. Print that page. Leave the online payment information form blank and proceed through checkout. Print out the final page titled "Your Receipt".

Faxing Orders:
Fill in the billing information page that you printed by hand. Be sure to include all of the credit card information requested on the page and fax it to 858-385-9027. We will process your payment and notify you via email when your order is received, and when your items ship.
